I have been grilling over high heat with propane for many years here in West Michigan.  I got a Smokehouse little chief smoker and really enjoy the flavor smoking brings.  Now I am ready to move on to the real deal.  My first project is going to be a 55 gallon reverse flow with side fire box.  I posted my plans here http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/...-reverse-flow-cooker-design-what-do-you-think

I have or can lay hands on all manner of metal working tools and equipment and am looking forward to the challenge of making the "perfect" cooker both from a design and build standpoint and making some tasty (hopefully) food.
