Hi everyone.  I've never smoked anything, but I love smoked meat and can't wait to start.  I'm buying the MES 30" with the window and remote.  Are there any add-ons or things I definitely need for it besides a cover?  Is there anything that can be added to make it auto feed pellets or chips so it can go unsupervised for an entire cooking time?  What is recommended, chips or pellets?  What is a good wood type to start out with for pork ribs?  Thank you in advance for any advice!  I'm super excited.  Once I get this thing going I'm going to be asking for some good meats and recipes to start out smoking!
