I am a electric smoker convert and for my first few smokes with the dual fuel i am having a heck of a time keeping the temperature right. I currently find it impossible to keep it at 225, and when i add wet wood all hell breaks lose. If i try to use my AMPS it goes out right away.
What am i doing wrong? Please help!
