I feel that I’m getting the run around with Masterbuilt. I registered the smoker online a few days after I got it. About two weeks into owning it I start having issues. I submitted a warranty claim and they want me to send pics of this and that and try 12 different things. I’m not getting a warm and fuzzy feeling about all of this jumping through hoops. I’m really considering just returning it to the big box store and going with another manufacturer. They are not making this easy. Has anyone else had issues with them, or am
I the only one. Heck, I’m a pretty laid back guy and easy going, but just not a happy camper at this point. It’s a MES 130.
