Masterbuilt 40" smoker question

I purchased a Masterbuilt 40" smoker with window from a local Bass Pro store and it keeps powering off.  I called masterbuilt and they are going to take care of the problem but they want me to send them information of the smoker.  Can somebody take a pic of where the serial number is??  They keep sending me emails with attached pics of where I can find this but nothing is attached.

The manufacturer plate should be on the back about 2/3 of the down. Has model and serial numbers embossed on the riveted plate. BTW. Bass pro has good return policy.....if you bought it recently they will exchange or refund.
