Never marinaded one.  If you are going to do a marinade on such a thick piece of meat, it's not going to penetrate very deep, I would suggest more than just overnight.  I inject and rub, really all you need, but that is what makes BBQ so great, there are any number of ways to cook just about everything.  Find what you like, how you like and get to cooking!  There is a brisket marinade available here in Texas, Claudes, never tried it, but it might be worth a try for those wanting to marinade or possibly inject it.  Enjoy!
