Ive used pineapple juice as a glaze, never a chutney. Like chili says, you just have to cook it down, or reduce it. If you like, you could use the chutney with real fruit, crush the real fruit down, add it to (unsweetened) mango juice and reduce.
Or just try the chutney and juice, reduce.
My pineapple glaze has: pineapple juice, brown sugar, black pepper, cider vinegar. Ive used crushed pineapple in that before.
