Did anyone see the show from Little Rock Arkansas?

A guy had 25,000 square foot cooking barn with 12 Southern Pride smokers, although the host called them "ovens"

Pretty nice place, on the show the guy was feeding all the firemen and policemen

Maybe it's been posted here before

It's on again 10:00 am central on Wednesday the 2nd again

I missed that one, I will watch for it on the reruns...

I didn't see that one either but gonna watch it.
Gonna go see if I can find it somewhere right now.

*Don't you just love the internet?
Took me all of 30 seconds to find it and getting ready to watch.

*Not even nearly half way through the episode and man! I'm glad they show a guy that truly knows how to BBQ.
I'm talking smoke rings, giant platters of Q, HUGE dino bones!
And like Kurt said a huge smoke barn, says it can do up to 11,000# of meat at a time.

I did see it, that was one awesome setup!!

You could feed the entire neighborhood.

I saw that too and at first I was a little concerned that there was a lot of waste going on with as much food as he gives those folks, but I guess what's not eaten goes to charity to feed the hungry.

Good episode. The shut up juice looked pretty tasty!

I happened to be on an episode of Man V. Food. here in Boise. Every August, a local pizza shop called Flying Pie has habanero pizza month. I go about 5 times in the month to partake in the fiery goodness. What they didn't show was me eating half a large pizza with my friend Heliboydoesbbq who ate the other half. THEN, i ate a whole habanero for the camera, but all they put in was me sweating, and shaking to the tune of close to 20 habaneros in my gut. It was definitely good times!!! He only ate one piece, and didnt even finish that!! They were trying to get him to do their challenge. A small triple habanero with about 15 habaneros on it and a whole habanero at the end. He passed. Its not easy, but i do it every august. Needless to say,...its ...um... hard on my system.
