Breakfast sausage!

Got my grinder attachment to my Kitchenaid mixer, put it together and seasoned very lean 1" cubes of pork sirloin ends. Ground them once and made patties. I am allowed ½ a patty a day! Very good! With egg whites!

Sounds great Pops!! I made some very lean breakfast sausage for my wife awhile back. It’s pretty tasty.
