"One person needed" means they have a group buy in progress with 3 people committed to 1/4 ton each and they just need one more to fill out the order. If you've got a MES, you probably are not interested in group buys - they are intended for folks with pellet smokers.

I considered a large volume or group buy on Lumberjack pellets but the local Atwoods sells them for $8.99/20# bag and runs them on special occasionally for $6.99/20# bag. That's a deal and I don't have to find a place to store 1000 lbs of pellets. I'm able to get the wood that I want so it's a really good situation for me. They're really good pellets.
