Looking for sources for exotic meat. Any good online sources?

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a reliable source where I can buy exotice meats.  Also, what animal gave you the most tender meat that you have ever eaten?

I am looking to make the most tender beef jerky ever so I need to start with the right meat.  If you have any comments or suggestions, please share them with me.  the more the better.

It is a bit of a dichotomy as Jerky requires lean meat so that the fat will not go rancid. Tender meat tends to be marbled with fat.
