Hey everyone. I recently got a rotisserie add on for my Weber 310 and I was a little disappointed on the info it came with. Anyone have any tips, tricks, links and/or recipes they can pass my way?

Much appreciated.

I think you might be in the wrong forum. You might do a search for bbq source forums and can probably find more info on what you you are looking for. There is a lot of info on rotisserie there. Good luck in your search.

Any grill can make wood smoke and rotisserie's certainly can be and are used in smokers.

Only rotisserie I am familiar with is Ron Popeils ShowTime Rotissirie, and those things sure make great game hens !!!

Hi Jesse...here's a link that shows my setup for smoking a Turkey on the grill with a rotisserie.

All great info. BBQ Source is pretty good. I have found some interesting info on turning middle burner off, back and front on low. You would think they would have included that information with the product??!?!?!

DaveNH - damn those pictures looked great.

I got the genesis 300 series 7519. It has this metal loop on the end which I assume is the counter weight?
