I have a bunch of ThermoPro thermometers and all were pretty affordable. The TP18 is 19.99 on amazon. Although if I didn’t just get that about a month ago I’d probably be getting the TP19 that bmudd posted above.

I also recommend the Lavatools Javelin instant read.

I think with all of these really great thermometers on the market, I couldn’t see myself dropping the money for the expensive ones. You have plenty of options!
