Looking for a non-breakfast sausage patty recipe

I got 2.5 pounds of pork I saved after grinding up a butt and thought I make some patties. I was hoping someone might have a good recipe they'd like to share, and save me the trouble of coming up with one.
What ya got?

After thinking about it I think I'm going to go with my Hot Italian sausage mix. But if ya have one to share I'd love to see it. Thanks.

Hot Italian sausage is good........ Very good..... I've not had your mix, only AC Leggs #103....

I was thinking along that line at first Sam, but didn't want to experiment. On the other hand Italian I've done before and is a no brainer and great on the Weber in the summer.

I get that, I love experimenting and DIY but good mixes can be hard to beat. Smoking some Leggs brats today and no joke, I just got a package of Hot Italian delivered Saturday.

Dan , I've made your hot Italian in link form . Very good , so I would say that's a good choice .
I just did some of the Owens Philly brat seasoning as pattys . Dressed out with peppers and onions , came out pretty good .
