Hi all --

I've lurked around here for a while since I got my Masterbuilt 30" Gasser and am just getting around to posting. I've done the mailbox mod to use with the AMNPS and a needle valve. I've smoked a few brisket flats and a few chicken/bacon nibblers (which are excellent), but want to get into more.
