A steeler fan living in Los Angeles. Bought the Chargiller duo with sidebox. Can't wait for my first smoking experience. I am curious why I have a cooking grate in the side box if all the food goes into the charcoal main box. Looking at different recipes for later today. The Miracle is being healed from a death sentence diagnosis that has since disappeared.
