Long Time No Talk!!!

Hey everyone! It's been a few months since I've been in here and believe you me, I feel pretty horrible about it!

I had a couple jobs going since before the holidays and really haven't had much time for anything fun. But now that is all behind us and here I am looking forward at the future! The nice weather is just beginning to come and the smoker is ready to be fired up!

I just picked up a couple of pork butts for this weekend... I am pumped to get them going!

I have a lot of catching up to do and I hardly doubt I will be able to get to all of the wonderful threads that I have missed out on.

It's great to be back!!! Happy smoking to you all!
