Blowing smoke just north of the Twin Cities. Finally decided to join. Been browsing for years. Lots of great info I've learned here. Been smoking meats for about 7 years now. Started with a vertical propane smoker. Struggled to maintain consistent temps. Bought my Recteq Trailblazer in fall of 2020 and have been loving it. Easy great food, the rest is history. I got bit by the BBQ bug. Now looking to upgade to a larger gravity fed unit like Assassin one day soon.
