Had the opportunity to do my take on the Lone Star Spare Ribs recipe found in Smoke and Spice. I like a dry rub rib and these were very good with the beer mop.
Installed BBQ geru DX2 on my WSM today never moved a degree 2 racks with Jeffs rub 1 rack with britu rub and cooked with britu timing best ribs I ever cooked,my wife liked the ones with Jeffs rub better
