I marinated the London Broils in Allegro overnight then just salt and pepper. Here they are on the smoker

Here are the Stuffed Peppers using mostly Ron's Recipe ready to go in the smoker

More to follow later also have the Turkey for tomorrow brining in Tip's brine recipe

Jerry - those LBs look great and so do those peppers!!! Great looking qvue so far, looking forward to seeing the finished pics!

Ok temps on the London Broils were 135, 137, and 142 so I pulled them all and put them on the grill to sear a bit

Here's two of them being foiled then towel wrapped and placed into cooler

Stuffed Peppers are coming along nicely and I'll take final pics of everything it a bit

You're wife has got to be glad you're finally back to have that smoker fired up

The Stuffed Peppers

Wife and Daughter really enjoyed the Peppers so I will be doing them again Thanks Ron

Jerry - that story of the qvue ended up in an awesome looking meal!! Major points, my friend!

EDIT: crap - I can't give out any more points. will definitely do so tomorrow!! You've earned them!

Great lookig combo. Wife won't eat stuffed peppers, damn. Do you sauce them?

Ron I didn't sauce these. The one thing i will do next time is use a little mater sauce mixed into the stuffing to help it stick together better. I don't like stuffed peppers but the wife and daughter liked em wife already said the leftovers are going to work with her Monday

I was raised on them, and normally in the oven, covered in a sort of a tomato based sauce with onions, garlic, and spices, yum.

great looking smoke piney, even the darn green peppers look good( i cannot eat them things, other peppers ok just them green ones) great pix!!!!

Congrats on a good smoke, and great lookin' Q too. Whar did you stuff the peppers with?

I kinda thought the red ring on the top was some paste? That would have cooked down inside a bit I'd think? We always had a bit of tomato sauce in the peppers. But NICE SMOKE!
