Well I rubbed it down with olive oil and seasoned it up. I set it in the smoker at 150. What y'all think? Good for the night then crank it up in the morning? Or just set it to 190 and call it a night?
 
That seems like an awful low temp for smoking a brisket.

I hope you didn't inject it first, cause your going to be in the danger zone forever.

I smoke my brisket at 270-280, and they come out nice & juicy every time.
