Smoked a 4 pd point with a butt this weekend.
So tonight got some new in with leftovers. First cook with new lodge cast iron "wok" from their scratch and dent section. First au jus, and gravy that was "better than usual" my wife says.
Sauteed some onion and garlic with butter then added thin sliced brisket with some red pepper. Then added a little oil and then flour and made the gravy while egg noodles finished up.
Didn't get a pic of au jus but here is wife's noodles , brisket, au jus and gravy.
My sandwich with dip and noodles with gravy.
