I have been impressed with my Inkbird probe therm - and I'd certainly be willing to test the new

IHT-1X​

I have the IHT-1P, love the battery life, plastic holding the probe has cracked, still works just have to shove the probe back in the hole.
 
Got the hand held for my moths a few years ago. I hoped it would help her cooking, it might have slightly, then the battery went out. This could be a nice replacement. Let me know how it works people!
