Hi from a Newbie Canadian!!
canada-flag-68.gif
...My wonderful husband decided he was sick of hearing me wish for a smoker and was nice enough to buy me a Masterbuilt electric for my New Years eve birthday! Even though the weather is ranging from +7 to -20 celcius,(44 to -4 f) I have been busy experimenting with all sorts of things and I am currently waiting on some "snack sticks"(and SUMMER!!!).

Hoping to learn lots here (and maybe offer what little I can!) Also hoping to have find some good recipes that I can use come our super short summer months!!! (When the weather switches to stupidly hot!!)

Looking forward to chatting!!

Andi

As for adverse weather, a lot of us get out in the Cold and Rain. Cures Cabin Fever and time out of earshot of The Bride.

I didn't get to do the "Frosty Balls" Que this year due to technical difficulty-another story.

There are pics in the "Photo" archives (above) of Folks playing in the Snow and all.

If you feel like it, just get out there and do it...that's how you learn
