Latch Help

I am doing a major face lift on my refer build and want a new latch system. I want a slam latch that seals very well. I am having a hard time finding the ones I want. it needs to be side mounted as the door sits flush with the outside of the fridge.

I found this on a google image search and its the style I am looking for. Why would they have additional latches on the bottom? do they not seal very well?

This is the style I was thinking of with the roller at the top that compresses for a tight seal. Is there a way to side mount these?

My electric smoker has a latch on top /bottom. Mcmaster-Carr will also give you great ideas for latches. They are like Grainger w/ tons of latches. CM
