Well planning on smoking a brisket

Last one i did pretty plain and didnt wrap let her go the whole time

This time I amd going to inject and wrap

Little beef broth some rub butter and roasted garlic juice for the injection

Only mixed about half the beef broth for that and what i didnt inject i poured back in the can and will use that liquid to put in when I wrap

I used rufus teague original rub for the whole thing because i was too lazy to make my own and i wanted to try it have not used it bit taste tested and it is good.

I was going to put it on he camp chef smoke pro tonight but looks like rain at like 2am - 3am So it will go on at about 4-5 am i suppose

Will update with more pics as I smoke 0B7FEA31-48BD-4EAA-9708-E6A7CA3FFD2B.jpeg 155F58D3-7EB4-4F0D-BF9B-0EE4E24562D4.jpeg DB3A43E0-5DB6-466A-B555-1641AF3776CF.jpeg
