Korean BBQ Cooked Charcoal POT OVEN

Came across this video and was impressed with their method and equipment.

Sadly there is no information on spices used.

Salt, pepper, rosemary and bay leaf is all he put on it in the video. That really does look amazing.
He didn't like the pieces of wood with the bark on it, did he? I wanted to slap him in the back of the head to tell him to put on his safety glasses when he was smacking the hatchet with that singlejack.

The fat they eat blows me away, you'd think they would have heart problems worse off than we do in the states but nope we are light years ahead of them in that dept. unfortunately.

I liked everything about that meal except for the kimchi that stuff is nasty it smells so bad I can't get it anywhere near my mouth without gagging.
