Picked up a package of chicken drums. Ran across this seasoning while getting some fish seasoning. Have not seen this before and they do have a 1/2 dozen different flavors.
Coated the drums with horseradish mustard and the Kinders.
Low smoke for .5 hr, then 380 for about 45 mins to 170*
Nice little bite with the cayenne. Will try other flavors.

Kinders is local here to the San Francisco Bay Area. Mostly located in the East Bay, they have a number of outlets. Their smoke is anverage overall.

They supply all their chains from a central location. As such their brisket and pulled pork can be a bit dry on their own.

We keep their sauce around for folks who want to pour something on our smoke meats, and for finishing grilled chicken thighs.

That looks fantastic . Haven't seen the breading either , must be new .
Nice idea on that , I have some 1/4's for today .

Black Truffle steak seasoning
Is that the Prime steak , black garlic and truffle ? That's a good one . I have a dozen or so of the seasonings .
