Hello from Kansas City... I have a little experience with smoking and I am really eager to learn more and fine tune my skills. I absolutely love to spend my weekends around the smoker. I currently use a cheap Brinkmann Smoke N' Grill charcoal smoker, but it seems to work for my experience level. I look forward to learning from everyone and sharing what little knowledge I have. SMOKE ON!!

Welcome  kmp45, You are truly in the middle of BBQ America. There can be no better place to practice and learn. Stand next to a few of the "big boys" after a few beers and try to pickup on some of their secrets.
