Good Evening:

Name is Justin from Green Bay, WI.  New to the site.   Have been grilling for years, but just recently got into smoking meats.   I got a Brinkmann Vertical two door Charcoal Smoker for my Birthday this year, Also a Purchased  a Char Griller Duo with side firebox that I just recently installed.  

So far, I have only smoked a Pizza Meatloaf, Turkey Breast, a Whole Chicken, and a Pork Butt.

Lots of things left to do!   Think I may do a Brisket, and A Breakfast Fatty this weekend.

Hope to learn lots in reading the forums!
