Hi guys, my names Mike, I currently live in Orange County, CA, with my wife and two young daughters, although we're originally from southeast Kansas.  With the great weather here we grill 3-4 times a week. I've never done any smoking before but I've wanted to for a while.  I've been reading the forum and wow, there's a ton of great information here.  Looking forward to getting started.
