Hi. U will love theUDS. I have one and use it all the time.
If u look down in the social groups section there is a thread
named UDS. ( Ugly Drum Smoker) lots of information to read..
biggest thing is to control your temp with the intakes, leave the exhaust
open until u want to snuff out the fire..oh also use a external temperature
probe to monitor pit temp. Don’t rely on the analog gauge alone..
