    The local market had an insane deal on whole pork loins but I was out of room in my deep freeze. Decided to make room by throwing this 12lb bird in the MES. Just your run of the mill Jeannie-O I injected with creole butter and coated with creole seasoning. Smoking with a mix of hickory, apple, and pecan in the AMNPS. [​IMG]

    Hmmmm....I have 2 big turkeys in the freezer as well.....Maybe I should thaw one out!!  Can't wait to see how it turns out!
