Just another pork shoulder on the Pit Boss Copperhead 5 pellet smoker... perfect amount of smoke, perfect amount of bark and a great smoke ring. 225F for nearly 9 ½ hours then wrapped in foil and a towel and rested in the cooler before pulling.

Practice makes permanent!
