Howdy folks,

I'm planning on building my own nearly commercial sized Dehydrator (to do around 25kg per batch).

I've got the cabinet sorted, just a bit stuck on some of the finer details.

One thing that is kinda stumping me is air flow, specifically HOW MUCH should I be aiming for, so I'm wondering if anyone would know what the average rate would be, how many times per minute / hour should I be turning over the air in the cabinet?

If anyone has any suggestions I'd be extremely grateful :-)

The cabinet size is 800mm x 600mm x 500mm - lined with stainless and insulted.

Cheers,

Dave.
