wondering if i can use store bought jerky seasoning for snack sticks.

I do quite often...lets you try different flavor profiles before you try making your own.

Take a look at Owens BBQ. Their garlic-pepper seasoning/cure is crazy good. They are very reasonably priced and super convenient. I also like their prime rib flavor, but next time I will add some Mrs. Dash CHipotle seasoning orgarlic powder to kick it up a notch.

Absolutely. I use Hi Mountain seasonings all the time.
