Some of you may have seen my Facebook recent purchase. Well I tried it out today and works great. PS seasonings black pepper and garlic seasoning. I let it marinade for 2 days. It went on the drier at 9:30 and pulled off at 2. Bout 2-3 hours faster then my little round ones. Used 7 trays out of the 10.

I will cut into about one inch strips tomorrow

That looks great! It's a whole different game with that kind of dehydrator compared to the old Ronco round kind. I have an EOR in the freezer, time to thaw that thing out...

Might me all in my head but it seems to be dried better if that's possible. Texture is different .

Can't taste garlic in this mix. I assume it would be ok to add garlic powder? I can't see what it would hurt

Good looking jerky. Looks like it still has some moisture to it, which is good. I'm not a fan of really dried out jerky. Nice job.

I'm also in the granulated garlic camp.
