I can't say enough good things about our friend YNot2K's bbq joint.
He makes pretty much everything you'd expect, and more. Ribs, brisket, sausages, turkey breast, etc. plus some great sides. And his smoked brisket burgers are out of this world! He won best BBQ in WA a few years ago from Sunset magazine.
I freely admit his skills far surpass my own, and I stop in every now and then to see what the specials are. Plus, he's just an all-around great guy. Happy to come out from behind the smoker to chat with fans.

Looks like a nice shop. Sandwiches are fairly priced but WOA the 2/3lb of brisket and PP, $47 for a rack of ribs. I am sure this is fairly normal, I just dont eat out enough to know. Sounds spendy, but I have eaten at Pecan Lodge in TX and I just checked their prices...$59 a rack of ribs. I think im staying in for a while.

Thats why we make our own here.

It's nice you have a place where you can get really great BBQ.

We have not found that place around here. And, to sandyut's point, the pricing in the SF Bay Area for BBQ is nuts. I'm not an expert smoker by any means, but quite frankly I'd stack my 'Q up against the dried out stuff we get around here. Not to mention the lack of effort in creating sides that folks would enjoy.
