Finally broke down and ordered Jeff's Book, I'm sure there is a lot of great info in there, I happened across his recipe for Creamy Cole Slaw from the book on another website by accident. ( and it looked and sounded fabulous ) So I figured there must be a bunch a great recipe's in there as well.
