Have some that has been in the fridge for a while now....sadly neither one of us is all to sure when I made it. Doesn't smell funky....toss it?

Yeah....toss it my way. It should be fine if it smells good. It Meyer have lost a little of it's zing, but still should be good. If it's not a tremendous amount, and you have anything that could use a good braise like CSRs, or a glaze for baby backs, mix it with an equal part of apple juice and a half part of honey. I have used this a number of times and it's great. Reverse the amount of the juice and honey and glaze a smoked ham.

Good luck with these recipes. If it weren't for Jeff, experimenting would be much harder, Joe
