Whooped some up last year, never used any on anythin smoked but it sure be tastey on my toast in the mornin! I would thin anythin yer gonna put a spicey glaze on would work out just fine with it.

I do some ribs maybe a ham ta try it out.

The only thing that I have ever used it for and it is really good is put it over a brick of cream cheese and then spread it on crakers. the taste is great. And you can do this while your smoking something..

Another thing that you could try is warming it and using it as a dip. I've used red chile jam that way as something different to dip rib's into and it came out incredible. Everyone who tried it loved it...

Later...

Brekar...

Couple of idea's.

First one that comes to mind is moink balls coated in jap jelly and then a bit more smoke or a quick trip to the gril.

Or make bbq sauce sub the jelly for any sugar and or vinegar in the recipe. I had some raspberry hab jelly that made great bbq sauce last year.

Good luck.

I agree it goes great with cream cheese.
Took some recently and made some ABTs with cream cheese, jalapeno jam and a little mozzarella for texture and they were great!
You could also add it in a fattie or make a wing sauce with it.
