Baked today after a 24 hour mix, bulk and fridge.

Regular on the left, jalapeno on right.

Not liking the jar peppers so next time I dice fresh.

Planning my first boule with the "new" starters this weekend. Wife isn't too sure about the tangy starved batch.
I don't like using jarred peppers. Too much salt and vinegar plus the tang is nearly gone.
