Hello to all....It feels good to be a Smoker here at SMF ya diggg...I'M from the Golden State...good old California...I've been getting my skills on the grill for a great part of my days handed down the family tree...I'm using a barrel smoker it's a old school New Braunfel and boy it does the job. I can do up to 6 slabs of baby backs with no worries. I like to use almond wood it really adds good flavor to ribs & chicken. I must say there is nothing like having friends & family over kicking back by the pool with the smell of a smoker in the air...
