Do any of you have any inside info that may help me?

I really need to get into Restaurant Depot with in the next day or two for supplies for my annual week long Dungeness Crab get together in Bodega Bay, CA. which has grown from just 6 of us 8yrs ago up to 36 people this year I need supplies, and quick.

If you can help me get this sorted out, I would truly appreciate it.

Thank you.
Dan

I CRABBED FROM BODEGA TO HALF MOON BAY FOR DECADES, LAST BOAT WAS A 22' FOOT PROLINE. ONCE I GOT TOO OLD TO DEAL WITH THAT WE WENT OUT ON THE CRAB/ROCKLER TRIPS ON THE NEW SEA ANGLER FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. CAPTAIN RICK, NEVER SHUTS UPI HAVE A PROPANE BURNER AND POT THAT'LL DO 18 DUNGEES FOR 18 MINUTES AT ONE TRIP. DUMP A CAN OF 7-UP INTO THE BOILING WATER RIGHT BEFORE THE CRABS GO IN. RAY

'Recreational Crabbers Can Start Getting Their Crab On One Week From Now, Though the Commercial Fishery is Again Delayed. Press release from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife: The recreational Dungeness crab season will open statewide beginning Nov. 2, 2024.'

ALL MY OLD BUDS GO UP TO OREGON THE LAST FEW YEARS IN EARLY SEPTEMBER FOR DUNGEES, STAY AT SALMON HARBOR, GET SALMON TOO. NO SALMON IN CA THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS, SOUNDS LIKE REMOVING DAMMS KILLED ALL THE SMOLTS.

Reading where the season's start is being postponed...

Also didn't know that a KCBS membership got you into RD... HMMMMM
Yep, it's a great benefit. You show up with your KCBS card (I usually print a new one from the website, since I can never find the old one) and I generally bring a copy of the KCBS page showing RD access is a benefit. The customer service desk will issue you a one-day pass right on the spot.

You can get unlimited one-day passes, so you really have access for the full year.

I'm afraid I can't help with forktender forktender 's request. I'm able to log in, so I can at least confirm the KCBS site isn't down.

Our R.D issues a full yr pass, at least they have the last 2 yrs.

I still can't log into the site, but they did issue me my new membership card today, so that will get me into RD, thank God.
I'll call KCBS this week and get my log in issue squared away.

Thanks guys.
Dan.
