Iron chef

I have been looking at the iron chef jr smoker it's electric element is 350 watts is this strong enough? It is called a kitchen smoker..

Peggy, morning.....  It looks like a well built smoker...  the wattage of the element should be enough, given the size of the cook chamber...  

If you would note your location in your profile, it will help in the future when answering questions about smokin'...   elevation, humidity etc....
