Last Thanksgiving I smoked two injected 12 pound turkey and they turned out great. Both birds were super juicy. You can easily created your own injection sauce. Grind up about 3-4 tablespoons of your favorite seasoning in a blender or coffee bean grinder until it looks like flour. Add the ground up seasoning to 2 sticks of melted real butter and start injecting. I recommend getting a good injector from your local feed store with a very large needle to reduce clogging.
