Anybody got one of these? I'm new to the game and was wondering if it's as good as it sounds.

Can I hang one probe for internal temp and place one in the meat for that temp?

Ihave one.  They work pretty good.  Yes u can use the ither probe for a ambient temp probe or u can by one!
