Identify this smoker?

I'm trying to find a smoker for a price I can offord. I wish I could get a BGE but I just don't think it will be this season. I found the one pictured here but I cannot figure out what the brand is and how much the missing parts might cost. I'm new to all of this, any help is really appreciated!

I thought it might be a Char-Griller Akorn Kamado, but, that's a different configuration where the lid and bowl join...the band grooves, in specific. It's not a BGE...not even close. The only thing that comes close  to looking like your photo is a Saffire...it looks like possibly an older model with a lid thermometer and no lower thermometer. I can't tell if it would be a 19" or 23". Classic Kamado Joe kinda sorta looks like that, but can't really be sure on that...the air intake control damper looks slightly different.
