I have a decent idea about rub as I've found some good places to start for them.

I know I REALLY enjoy Big Ron's and Rufus Teague Touch of Heat. I understand these are both Texas style tomato based, even though I really like these two I want to make my own, but I'm not sure how much of each ingredient to start with. I don't want to make sauces that are clones of the two above, because I want them to have my own signature.

As for the other regional sauces, besides Kansas style sauces and Texas Style I've never tried others. I want to try all styles and would like to just make my own rather than buying a bunch of sauces.

Is there a good source of some basic recipe's from all the different regions I can start with and tweak to make them my own.
