One of the great things about this forum is the willingness of members to post recipes.  I got four out of this thread alone!  Woo Hooo!  Thanks.

I make limoncello every year and I buy bottles from a web site called Specialty Bottle which sells a variety of sizes and shapes.  I get some small bottle and corks to bottle up the limoncello to give as gifts to friends.

Good luck,

Curt.

Dutch I found them doing an online search. I have had them forever and don't remember exactly where I picked them up. I wish I had gone with PET instead of glass tho.

Larry M     I decided to make a family favorite   it is the most requested by my family. Plenty have tried it and I had considered selling the recipe, therefore the hesitance to share.

After a long discussion with the wife I finally have her blessing to share this with you.

3 oz  hab

6 oz onion

1 ½ oz garlic

5oz carrots

5oz pineapple

7 Tbsp limejuice ( I think this is the same as 3/8 cup )

½ cup pineapple juice

3/4 cup vinegar

boil garlic, carrots and onion in water till tender. drain and place in blender  ( I have found that letting it cool is a good thing ) then add habs pineapple and the fluids and blend well.

place in small pot and bring to a slow boil, then bottle.

yields about six 4 oz bottles.
thank you kind sir :)  I do not have the time to make but it does sound tasty.  I will order some from you,, from your next batch :)
